To my person
With training as an assistant in various medical practices and as an assistant in surgery, I now have a broad background of experience within these branches of work, especially surgery. During this time I was able to learn a lot about dealing with people. For me, the ability to empathize and social skills are two important core elements of successful cooperation. The company "Ubaldo alphamed GmbH", a recruitment agency for temporary nursing and medical staff within the healthcare sector, was born out of the desire for another challenge. This is a company run by medical professionals for medical professionals. I would like to help with this agency to enable employers to find enough competently filled positions and at the same time to support employees so that they can do their work on better terms. Since I work in this industry myself, I know the requirements and requirements as well as possible difficulties and challenges in daily cooperation.
